I've quit Guild Wars, now what?
Well ive finally quit guild wars its been a good year or two since i got the game and today I just thought, why am i playing this? So what game should i go to after Guild Wars. I've been considering getting Oblivion or The Witcher or maybe Assassin's Creed. Specifically which one has the better combat system/ and or story.
Unfortunately i don't have an awesome gaming rig, ive just got the family imac 2.16 ghz ati x1600 256, 2gb ram. So which of the above games would run decently?
Thanks in advance

but srs answer, look at some F2P mmos and private servers for subscription games. Not very many notable PC RPGs have been released lately. I've heard some people like Witcher and others hate it, same with Oblivion. Assassins Creed isn't really worth more than a rental if you have a 360/PS3, and don't bother on the PC.

The Witcher is glorious, if you can run it. Dark Messiah is good fun until you get bored of samey-same combat, but it's still funny to kick dudes off buildings.

I have a friend who has The Witcher. He loves it and it seems like a pretty awesome game. I'd say get that if you want something to fill the GW "void"

Fable 2 is only on the 360 and Fallout3 really is just Oblivion with guns

Fallout 3 is so bad it's not even funny. Seriously, Bethesda has become a vicious beast that lives only to destroy the hopes and dreams of gamers everywhere by taking good names and attaching them to shitty games.

Sacred 2 sucks. Boring, repetitive, bugged.
Fallout 3 is good. You just need good PC, too.
TF 2 is freakin' win.
Mirror's Edge and Left 4 Dead look promising.
Witcher is good, but it helps if you know the lore just a bit. Luckily, I'm Polish (THE IRONY) so I can read the books anywhen I want.

Portal from what I;ve heard....need to get it sometime.
Pain killer is also an other awsome one, its an fps release in 2005, basicly a really good looking version of doom, max pain or other games along that line of "if you not did not kill some one in the last 30 seconds....your doing it wrong''
In thw Rpg world....well haven't heard anything good about the witcher, but oblivion I;ve seen an looks pretty decent.
well thats all that comes up to mind right now
